IMPORTS REGULATED (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. June 3, 9 a.m.) SIMLA, June 2. The Government to-day announced a scheme to regulate the ifnports and prices of newsprint. Traders will be given licenses covering no more than the quantities earmarked for particular newspapers. The scheme also fixed the traders’ margin of profit.
