RUMOURS IN SAIGON (Reed June 3, 9 a.m.) TOKIO. June 2. The Saigon correspondent of the. Domei News Agency says that the British consulate urged nationals tc evacuate from Saigon. This action, according to Domei is connected with rumours ot a Far Eastern crisis surrounding Singapc:
