A Nairobi communique states: — “Operations in the lakes area of Abyssinia and to the west are proceeding and a number of deserters have com£ over to our forces. "Patriot activity is still increasing. Their attacks on enemy communications and outlying detachments are of great assistance to our operations generally.”
