Frances George Chapman, a farm manager, was lined £2O for failure to apply for registration in Class A of the first division of the general reserve within 28 days of the gazetting of the proclamation. His employers, the trustees in a deceased estate, were fined £2 each, thendefence being that Chapman misled them. ;
