JAP. FOREIGN MINISTER (Reed. May 30, 2.20 p.m.) TOKIO, May 29. The Japanese Foreign Minister, Mr. Y. Matsuoka, declined to say anything to the press about President Roosevelt’s speech of Tuesday evening. Nor was there any necessity for it, he added.
