NEW YORK BUSMEN (Reed. March 18, 11.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, March 17. The bus strike affecting 95 per cent of Manhattan’s surface transportation threatens to continue indefinitely. Negotiations have been broken off. Neither side shows signs of yielding.
