SALVATIONIST KILLED
VICTIM OF AIR RAID CYLDEBANK OFFICER (Reed. March 18, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, March 17. The chief Salvation Army officer for the Clydebank area of Glasgow, Adjutant Russell Thomas, aged 37, was killed in an air raid on the district on Friday. He is the seventh Salvation Army officer killed in raids in the past three months.
