Allegations that a Dutch semimilitary organisation planned to cooperate with a British invading force and signalled the Royal Air Force flying over Holland at night time were made by the prosecutor at a German court martial in Amsterdam which sentenced to death 18 members of the alleged organisation. It was further alleged that the accused served cocktails containing sulphuric acid to German soldiers, and that several soldiers were pushed into a canal and drowned or were the victims of snipers.
The president of the court announced that other cases were listed. An unspecified number of Dutch are under arrest.
