MEN OF JERVIS BAY (Reed. Feb. 28, 2 p.m.) 1 LONDON, Feb. 27. The Jervis Bay casualties totalled 198, of whom 190 were killed or presumed killed, including the winner of the Victoria Crpss, Captain Fegen.
