GOOD RECORD SPOILT
P. AND T. EMPLOYEE POSTAL PACKETS STOLEN (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. “It is a sad thing to see a man like you spoiling a good record,” said the magistrate, Mr. J. Morling, to Donald Keith Wilton, aged 33, a postal officer, who yesterday admitted four charges of stealing postal packets containing postal notes and a 10s note of a total value of £1 7s 6d. A married man witli two children. Wilton, who had been with the Post and Telegraph Department for 17 years, was admitted to probation for one' year.
