Muriwai Knitting Circle
In the spacious grounds of Mrs. F. S. Bowen’s residence the Muriwai Knitting Circle met yesterday afternoon. The activities of the members have been increased so that such articles as knitted woollen garments and the making of warm clothing for refugee children are now included in the work being accomplished. Members willing took materials to work up in the interval before the next meeting. Among those present were Mesdames F. S. Bowen, F. E. Faulkner, A. Robinson, C. J. Cox, J. F. Mills, R. K. Murphy, and R. W. Coop; Misses N. Bowen, M. M. Hughes, and J. Bowen. —Special.
