RECIPROCAL TRADE
ITALY AND GERMANY (Reed. Feb. 28, 9 a.m.) BERLIN, Feb. 27. The Berlin radio states that after trade negotiations extending over several weeks Italy and Germany have reached an agreement under which each will supply raw materials to the other and each undertakes to increase imports from the other.
