“A Bad Boy”
"He has been a bad boy and has been roaming around. No one wants him and he needs strict supervision,” said Sergeant L. T. Moore in the Wairoa Children’s Court when a Maori boy, aged 14, appeared before Mr. J., Miller, S.M., charged with wilfully and obscenely exposing his person in a swimming pool. The youth admitted the offence and was committed to the care of the child welfare superintendent.—Special.
