Elderly Man Gaoled

Charged with behaving in a disorderly manner while drunk at Mohaka and with using obscene language, James Henry Scott, aged 72, pleaded not guilty to both charges before Mr. J. Miller, S.M., in the Wairoa Magistrate's Court.
