LANDING AT SAIGON
FRENCH. NATIVE TROOPS JAPANESE PREPARATIONS (Reed. Feb. 26, 1.1.30 a.m.) SAIGON, Feb. 25. The French liner Bernadin has arrived at Saigon, French Indo-China, from Madagascar and landed several hundred native French troops. The Japanese at Haiphong have unloaded 30.000 gallons of aviation petrol and 200 cases of bombs.
