BERLIN PAINTS UP
DARK COLOURS ORDERED AVOIDING R.A.F. EYES (Reed. Feb. 25, 9 a.m.) ZURICH, Feb. 24. It is reported from Berlin that the War Ministry has ordered newly-built houses, flats, factories and barracks and premises being renovated to be painted in dark colours to avoid the Royal Air Force when flares are dropped.
