SURGEON MISSING
INSULIN DISCOVERER FEARED LOST IN PLANE (Reed. Feb. 25, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Feb. 24. The Montreal correspondent of the Associated Press of America states that the Canadian surgeon, Sir Frederick Banting, the discoverer oi insulin,- with three other persons, is reported to bo missing in a military aeroplane which it is feared descended into the sea off the east coast or on land remote from communications. An intensive search is in progress.
