CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM
AMATEUR ATHLETES A large team Mas been selected by the Gisborne Amateur Athletic arid Harrier Club to represent Gisborne at the centre championship athletic meeting to be held in Napier next Saturday. The team is as follows:. S. Parker, B. Thomson, J. Griffin, L. Baty, T. Warren, R. Hoggins, P. Goddard, J. Martin, R. Bayram, F. Gribben, P. Scott, L. Grey, captain, E. Carrington, A. Hand, S. Gribben, T. Turley, mariager, B. Quinn, Bu'rtori; Misses L. Scott, M. Wilsori, T. Lloyd, M. Pevreal and E. O’Connell. Members of the team must be at the Red Bus station, Derby street, not later than 1 p.m. on Friday, and any member who is unable to make the trip should communicate not later than Wednesday with the secretary, Mr. Turley. .
