The attendance was splendid. Results: — Novice Plate, of £100; 6 furlongs.— 3-3 Israel, 8.3 (Marsh), 1; 10-10 HalfCrown, 8.3 (Chote), 2; 1-1 Oragon, 8.4 (Atkins).3. All started. A length; a head. Hdpelands Highweight Handicap, of £130; II miles.—l-1 Gold Bridge, 10.4 (Jenkins), 1; 3-3 Filbert, 9.0 (Tito), 2; 5-5 Mataroa, 10.9 (Cavaney), 3. Scratched: Sanction. A nose; four lengths.
