Major Reidy N.Z.S.C. camp commandant at Dannevirke, has been transferred to Waiouru. Captain L. Neilsen, N.Z.S.C., of Trentham, will succeed Major Reidy at Dannevirke. Tributes rarely paid to men in public life in Hawke’s Bay, were freely tendered to the Crown Prosecutor for the Napier registry of the Wellington district of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Mr. Hugh Butler Lusk, on Friday night. The occasion was a. complimentary banquet giveh to Mr. Lusk by the Hawke’s Bay Law Society on his attaining half a century of practice at the Bar.
