MUTINY BY TROOPS
GERMANS IN BELGIUM MEN SENT TO COAST SEVERE . PUNISHMENT (Reed. Feb, 22, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 21. Mutinies among the German troops in Belgium before being moved up to -the coast are reported by Belgian sources in London, which quote a most -’reliable correspondent as saying that many were severely punished. Since the occupation of Belgium 110 acts of sabotage to telephones are reported.
