U.S. DESTROYS MAIL
FOREIGN PROPAGANDA GERMANY AND RUSSIA (Reed. Feb. 22, 9 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Feb. 21. The United States Post Office disclosed it had destroyed 15 tons of foreign propaganda mail which came mostly from Gerrqany and Russia, via Pacific routes. The seizure was made on tlv grounds that the senders failed tf register with the United States as foreign agents residing abroad.
