Arising out of the coal mine disaster at Glen Afton on September 24, 939, when 11 men were killed, an' action for £4OOO damages on behalf of the widow and children of Christopher Blackburn, mine manager, has been begun in the Hamilton Supreme Court before Mr. Justice Blair.
