COL. BECK ARRESTED
POLICE OF RUMANIA (Reed. Oct. 23, noon.) LONDON, Oct. 22. Tile Swiss radio to-day announced that the Rumanian police had arrested the former Polish Foreign Minister. Colonel J. Beck, as he was about to cross the Transylvanian frontier.
