COMMUNIST’S CONVICTION FALSE PASSPORT CHARGE (Reed. Oct. 15, 2.40 p.m.) , WASHINGTON, Oct. 14. The Supreme Court has granted the Communist leader, Mr. Earl Browder, a review of his conviction on a charge of using a false passport. Mr..Browder is the Communist candidate for the Presidency.
