EXCHANGE RATE FIXED (British Official Wireless.) Feed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, June 15. A tripartite monetary agreement has been signed between Britain, France and the Netherlands. Under the agreement the official exchange rate between the Netherlands East Indies’ guilder and the pound . sterling is being fixed at 7.60 guilders to (he pound. Arrangements have also been made Cor the same basis in relation to the currency of the Dutch West Indies.
