ARGENTINE PARADE SEVERAL ARRESTS MADE (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. June 1, 9 a.m.) BUENOS AIRES, May 31. The police twice dispersed antiGerman demonstrations to-day. The police first took action and dispersed the crowd when a ..parade was on the way to the offices of the Deutsch La Plata Zeitung, and a bomb exploded. One person was arrested. The police again acted when the demonstrators reformed and arrived at the Zeitung building and smashed a window. Members of a crowd reading a German communique were manhandled. Seven more people were arrested. One was a son of the president of the House of Representatives, Senor Carlos Noeljr. The president visited the gaol, but the police refused his son's release.
