A secret sitting of the House of Representatives is to be held on Wednesday. , This was announced by the Prime Minister, the Hon. P. Fraser, when the Heuse resumed in the aftornoon. ' The Address-in-Reply debate may open on Thursday. However, as the Government intends to give the fullest facilities for discussion of the war situation at the private session, ;t would postpone any other business to enable consideration of war questions to occupy more" than a day if necessary. The Address-in-Reply motion will be moved by Mr. A. F. Moncur, of Rotorua, and seconded by Mr. C. F. Skinner, of Motueka.
