PRAYERS FOR ALLIES
METHODISTS ENJOINED (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. “Next Sunday will be observed by all Methodists as a national day of prayer for the success of the war effort,” said the Rev. W. A. Burley chairman of the North Canterbury Methodist district. He enjoined ai Methodists to attend their churche and observe faithfully the day of prayer.
