INVERCARGILL RAIN (Per Pross Association.) INVERCARGILL, this day. February’s rainfall in Invercargill was the highest ever recorded in any month. The total was 13.52 inches, compared with 3.94 in. last February. Invercargill’s average yearly fall is about 42in., and 18.5 in. have fallen this year in the first two months, which are usually the driest.
