STATE LUNCHEON
AUSTRALIAN MINISTER POST IN WASHINGTON (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. A State luncheon was tendered the Rt. Hon. R. G. Casey, Australian Minister to the United States, at the Grand Hotel to-day. The Minister of Industries and Commerce, the Hon. D. G. Sullivan, presided and other Ministers present were the Minister of Labour, the Hon. P. C. Webb, the Minister of Defence, the Hon. F. Jones, and the Minister of Lands, the Hon. F. Langstone. The Hon. P. A. Mcßride, assistant Minister of Commerce in Australia, was also present. Mr. Casey was met on the arrival of the Monterey by Mr. Fraser.
