Notifiable Diseases
For the week ended at noon to-day five cases of notifiable disease, three of tuberculosis, one of trachoma, and a suspected case of sleepy sickness, incephalitis lethargica, were reported in the East Cape health district. The sleepy sickness suspect died and there was also one death from tuberculosis.
