CAPTIVE OF POLICE
LONDON, Dec. 1. Aubrey Ryder, 48-year-old skating instructor who escaped 10 times from German prison camps in the last war, fell captive to traffic officers yesterday. Ryder, charged with driving while intoxicated, was lined £ls 15s.
