SYDNEY INTENTION FRACTIOUS TE HERO (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (R'ecd. 'Jan. 10, 9 a.m.) SYDNEY, Jan. 9. The New Zealand racehorse Te Hero is to be sold at auction on January 30. Te Hero figured at the Kensington meeting on January 4 when he refused to leave the barrier. As a result the stewards recommended that Te Hero's nomination should be refused for all future meetings. It was then announced that Te Hero was being sent back to New Zealand
