SEATS IN COMMONS
THE NEW MINISTERS LONDON, Jan. 7. With the appointment of Sir Andrew Duncan as President of the Board of Trade and Sir John Reith as Minister of Information, it will be necessary to find them seats in the House of Commons. It is suggested that Sir John Reith may become one of the members for Cambridge University, in which constituency there is a vacancy.
