Smythe, D. 5.0., Reserve of Officers, New Zealand Staff Corps is transferred to the active list, and is appointed general staff officer, second grade, southern military district, Christchurch. Lieutenant and Quartermaster T. A. S. McKenzie, New Zealand Permanent Staff, is appointed General staff officer, third grade, headquarters, southern military district, Christchurch.
