BERLIN RUMOURS
BRITONS ACCUSED (Reed. Oct. 11, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 10. Messages from Berlin state that rumours concerning the war have become so wild and widespread in Germany that broadcasts are interrupted with warnings to the public not to credit them. The rumours are ascribed to the British secret service for the purposes of creating confusion.
