TROOPS ON FRONTIERS
RED ARMY FORCES (Reed. Oct. 12, 1.40 p.m.) MOSCOW, Oct. 11. A radio report confirms that detachments o£ infantry and mountaineer troops are reinforcing the Red Army forces in the Caucasus. They are reported to be taking up positions on the frontiers of Iran and Turkey.
