HOUSE DESTROYED
A house owned and occupied by Mr. T. K. McQuarters at No. 1 road, Thames Valley, was destroyed by fire. Mr. and Mrs. McQuarters and their family were asleep when the fire broke" out and, awakened by smoke, they found the house blazing furiously. They were forced to escape in their night attire.
