LOWERING OF SWASTIKA CROWD AT CONSULATE (Reed. Sept. 5, 9 a.m.) JERUSALEM, Sept. 3. Amid anti-Nazi jeers, thousands of Jews, including refugees from Germany, assembled outside the German Consulate General at Jerusalem, when British police hauled down the swastika flag, after which they searched German establishments and detained the owners.
