CENTENNIAL PLANS There will be no cancellation of the centennial celebrations, the Gcveinmcn‘ having decided to carry on with he project. A telegram to this effect has been received by the Mayor, Mr. D. W. Coleman, M.P., and a public statement is to be made to-morrow.
