HEREDITARY ENEMY SABOTAGE ADVISED (Reed. Sept. 5, 2.10 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 4. The Warsaw correspondent of the United Press of America says that a Polish Government proclamation urges former citizens 'of Czechoslovakia to take tip arms against their “hereditary enemy,’ Germany,” and urges the Czechoslovaks still under the domination of the swastika to do everything in their power to sabotage the German war machine.
