STORE CATTLE MARKET FAIR AT .MATAWHERO BEEF SALE BRISK, Store values at to-day’s Cattle Fair at the Matawhcio s'aleyards were 'below those ruling lately in paddock sales. ■ The auction opened and continued for a considerable time with hesitation, but later it improved. A good part of the entry was passed in. The demand was good for empty cows and bullocks. Prices were as follows: Yearling Heifers.—One hundred and thirteen, Hereford, a good medium line (p), 245; 13.
