MERCHANTMAN MINED
STRUCK IN THE BALTIC WOUNDED REACH PORT (Reed. Sept. 5, 11 a.m.) ' NEW YORK, Sept. 4. The Copenhagen representative of the Associated Press of America states that harbour officials at Malmo, Sweden, have been advised by radio that an unidentified ship is arriving at Malmo with 40 wounded. Ambulances have been ordered to the waterfront. It is believed the wounded comprise the crew of an unidentified Greek ship which struck a mine in the Baltic. A radio message to-day warned ships of the location of German mines between the southern tip of Sweden and the island of Moen between Langerland and Laaland. The Danish Government is l-eported to be preparing a minefield to protect Copenhagen.
