An assurance has been given by the German Charge d’AfTaires at London, Herr Kordt, that full facilities are be_>g extended to enable the British 1 .mbassador, Sir Ncvilo Henderson, :nd the staff of the British Embassy .n Berlin and the British consular Aficers in Germany to leave the country. The United States Government has acceded to a request of the British Government to take charge of British interests in Germany which, accordingly, have been entrusted to the United States Embassy at Berlin. TRANSFERS RESTRICTED (Reed. Sept. 5, 9 a.m.) LONDON. Sept. 3. •No money or gold securities may be sent abroad without Treasury permission.
