FEW LINES QUOTED (Reed. Sept. .1. 2.15 p.m.) LONDON, August 31. On the Bradford lops market many topmakers have withdrawn quotations. There is a general desire to avoid new contracts. Quotations are:— Merinos: Seventies, 28d; sixty-fours, 26&d; sixties, 25Ad, Crossbreds: Fifty-eights, 23d; others are unquoted.
