EXPLOSION IN SMITHY
MAN GRAVELY INJURED PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEE (Per Tress As-ocintion.) WHANG AREI, this day. While dressing a drill in a blacksmith’s shoo at the Public Works Department's quarry at Tauraroa this morning, Gavin Cotter, single, aged 35, residing with 'his mother, was shockingly injured when an explosion occurred. The victim is not expected to live.
