Destructive Fire
Fire destroyed a largo two-storey wooden. building in. Waipawa, Hawke's Bay, this week. Only good work by Die lire brigade saved adjoining premises, one of which was a block of Hats whose occupants made hasty preparations, to leave. The building, which was erected (10 years ago and was one of the oldest in the town, was owned by ‘Mr. E. Bibby. of Waipawa.
