FRANCE MAY BUY BUTTER FROM N.Z.
PARIS, Oct. 2 (Rec. 10.30 a.m.).— French importers were advised today that they may apply for licences to buy fresh unsalted butter in Argentina, Australia and New Zealand. All quotas purchased must be shipped before December 31.
