Colombian troops and aeroplanes, defeated an anti-Government guerrilla force in a battle on the country’s eastern plains, the War Ministry announced. One soldier was killed and two injured, in the clash. The guerrilla casualties were numerous and the loyal forces captured a quantity of arms and ammunition.—Bogota (Colombia), July 26.
